When AVR wizard analyze your article it disables certain item to make your video more watchable.  Too many items can make a video really long and dull for viewers so in longer videos some of the items are disabled by default. When your frames are created for the first time you will notice this alert notifying you about the same.

These disabled items are displayed in grey color to indicate that these items will not be shown in final video. 

You can also manually disable a particular item by selecting "Disable Item" menu option from the "Modify selected item" dropdown on the right.

Similarly, you can also enable a disabled video by clicking on it and selecting "Enable Item" menu option from the "Modify selected item" dropdown.
